Cricket Nuffy is not on Google Play yet. The first release will have no ads and nothing to buy, so the answers about purchases and ads apply to a later update.
Common questions
Where is my progress stored?
On your phone only. Levels, Runs, Nuffies, decorations, quiz scores, your streak and settings are saved on the device. There is no account, so we cannot see or recover this data.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Cricket Nuffy, go to Settings > Restore purchases, and wait for the confirmation. This brings back Remove Ads and the Starter Ground Pack. Use the same Google account you bought with. Runs packs are spent as you use them and cannot be restored.
What happens if I reinstall or switch phones?
Your progress is lost when you uninstall, clear app data or move to a new phone, because it is not stored on a server. Restore purchases brings back Remove Ads and the Starter Ground Pack, but levels, Nuffies and your streak start over.
I bought something and did not get it.
Check your connection and reopen the game. Purchases are confirmed with Google Play before they arrive, which can take a minute. If it still has not arrived, email us with your Google Play order ID (it starts with GPA).
Why did the quiz stop giving Runs?
Quiz rounds pay out Runs up to a daily limit. You can keep playing after that for your score and rank, and the payout comes back the next day.
I think a quiz answer is wrong.
Tell us. Email the question and the answer you expected, with a source if you have one. We check each report and correct the question bank in a later update.
How do I change my ad choices?
Where your region requires it, Settings > Privacy options lets you change your ad consent at any time. You can also reset your advertising ID in Android settings.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Rewarded ads only play when you tap to watch one. Full-screen ads appear only on the level-clear screen, never in your first levels, and Remove Ads switches them off.
How do I get a refund?
Google Play handles payments and refunds. Request one from your Google Play order history. If you need help, email us with your order ID.
Is this an official cricket game?
No. Cricket Nuffy is not affiliated with any cricket board, league, team or player. Player names appear only as words and quiz answers.
